From the cross to the grave. From the grave to the sky.

Easter is one of my favorite times of the year.  Easter means that summer is approaching, I can go buy a new dress to wear on Easter Sunday,  Cadbury eggs are everywhere (and quite delicious), but more importantly I am reminded of what an amazing sacrifice my Savior made for me.  Just like with Christmas, people always get caught up in the unimportant aspects of Easter such as the Easter bunny and egg hunts.  Sure those things are fun but we all need to be reminded of the horrific agony that Christ went through so that we can return to him for all etermity.  Take a few minutes to read the Easter story and be reminded of the gift that Christ gave to us all.

Matthew 28:1-20
Mark 16:1-19
Luke 24:1-53
John 20:1 – 22:25

He died for each of us, but it's up to you whether you will accept His gift or reject it.
